CDZ Chajec & Partners has advised Centerscape Investments Poland on the acquisition of two retail parks.

CDZ Chajec and Partners law firm advised Centerscape Investments Poland (a leading investor, developer and manager of retail properties in the retail sector in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic) on the acquisition of two retail parks. In December 2021, Centerscape Investments Poland and Hunter REIM finalised agreements for the sale of retail parks located in Warsaw and Inowrocław, with a leasable area of more than 4,500 sqm and with Netto as the main food operator.

On the part of Centerscape Investments Poland, legal advice was provided by the law firm CDZ Chajec i Wspólnicy, while on the part of the seller the law firm GKW - Grabalski, Kempiński i Wspólnicy Sp. k. and Avison Young as commercial adviser.

The transaction was handled by Partner Patryk Galicki and his team consisting of: Agnieszka Wisła, Nina Horbowiec, Jakub Urbanek and Szymon Żyto.
