Jakub graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and is a graduate of postgraduate studies on legal and economic aspects of the investment process, conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics. Jakub obtained the professional title of attorney-at-law in 2019.

Jakub specialises in providing comprehensive services for real estate transactions and advising on all stages of the investment process. In his practice to date, Jakub has advised domestic and foreign real estate developers, construction companies, leading architectural studios and housing cooperatives.

He deals with real estate due diligence, preparation and negotiation of real estate sale agreements, construction works agreements, design work agreements and other documents related to construction projects.

Jakub also holds a degree in international relations from the University of Warsaw.
